General Terms and Conditions for Use of the Application

Preamble
These Terms and Conditions constitute the legal framework governing the use and operation of the application and the services provided through it. They are intended to regulate booking services and the management of medical appointments, set out the rules relating to the use of the application and the protection of data, and define the rights and obligations of the relevant parties, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
Notice
The role of the application in relation to the user is limited to being a technical electronic platform that enables the booking, organization, and management of appointments and related services. It does not constitute a provider of any medical, healthcare, or treatment services, nor does it provide any medical advice or consultations. The Medical Provider alone shall bear responsibility for its services, appointments, content, and for any acts or omissions issued by it or by its affiliates or authorized users.
Scope of the Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the application and the services provided through it by all relevant parties, including the Application Provider, the Medical Provider, and the user.
Definitions
A- Application Provider: Yalla Systems For Electronic Services W L L, Registered in the State Of Qatar.
B- Medical Provider: The hospital, health center, clinic, or medical entity participating in the application.
C- User: The individual who uses the application or whose data is entered into it for the purpose of booking.
D- Data: Personal data or other data processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
E- Legitimate Use: Any use of the application within the legitimate purposes necessary to provide the service.
F- Application: The mobile application, website, or any authorized digital interface.
Acknowledgment and Consent
Your use of this application constitutes an express acknowledgment that you have read and fully agreed to the Terms and Conditions.
Chapter One: Rights and Obligations of the Application Provider
- The Application Provider retains all ownership and intellectual property rights relating to the application.
- The Application Provider may issue, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions as required.
- The Application Provider seeks to operate and develop the application in accordance with appropriate standards.
- The Application Provider may issue technical, security, or enhancement updates as necessary.
- The Application Provider shall not process any data except within the scope of legitimate use.
- The Application Provider shall not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the application.
- The Application Provider may suspend, restrict, or terminate access in cases of misuse.
- The Application Provider provides no express or implied warranty as to continuous availability.
- The Application Provider may modify, develop, suspend, or discontinue any features.
Chapter Two: Rights and Obligations of the Medical Provider
- The Medical Provider may use the application for organizing and managing appointments.
- The Medical Provider is prohibited from exporting, selling, or reusing any data without consent.
- The Medical Provider shall ensure an appropriate legal basis for processing data.
- The Medical Provider shall provide and update data in a clear and accurate manner.
- The Medical Provider shall secure its devices, accounts, and environments.
- The Medical Provider shall comply with instructions issued by the Application Provider.
- The Medical Provider shall be responsible for the lawfulness of services provided.
Chapter Three: Rights and Obligations of the User
- The user shall have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.
- The user shall provide accurate data and follow policies and instructions.
- The user shall not use the application in any manner that causes harm.
- The user agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- The user shall keep login credentials confidential.
- The user shall notify the Application Provider upon suspecting unauthorized use.
- The user shall confirm or manage appointments when requested.
Chapter Four: General and Final Provisions
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Laws of the State of Qatar; Qatari courts shall have jurisdiction.
- Governing Language: In the event of conflict, the Arabic text shall prevail.
- Nature of the Application Provider's Role: Not considered the owner or operator of medical entities.
- No Medical Advice: The Application Provider does not provide any medical advice or consultation.
- Relationship Between User and Medical Provider: Remains between the user and the Medical Provider.
- The applicable Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.
- The Application Provider may amend or update these Terms from time to time.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall not affect the remaining provisions.
